Tempete a Ostende

 Listed below is a beautiful oil painting by Jacques Bouyssou.  This painting depicts Belgian fishing port Ostende with fishing boats on choppy water and the sea gulls flying in the high wind. There are people on the jetty watching the stormy sea. Jacques Bouyssou frequented port of Ostende and produced beautiful paintings. He loved to paint seascapes visiting different areas and ports of France and other parts Europe, and eventually he earned the title of Official Marine Painter of France and participated annual exhibition of marine paintings at the marine museum in Paris - Musee de la Marine.
