Giner Bueno was born in
1935 in a small coastal town near Valencia and he studied at La
Academia de Bellas Artes of San Carlos and later went to Paris to
further develop artistic talent. He was influenced by the tutelage of
his father, Luis Giner Vallas, a protege of late Spanish master
Joaquin Sorrolla.
Bueno`s passionate brushwork reveals his passion for the land and
the people of his native Valencia. Many of Giner Bueno`s oil
paintings have images of fishermen plying their trade in handmade
boats and women dressed in traditional apparel gathering the day`s
catch. Each painting is a study of color, form, and light within a
landscape dominated by an ever-changing Mediterranean climate. His
paintings were exhibited in numerous museums including Museum of
Valencia, the Museo Real Maestranza de Cablleria de Seville, etc
