To purchase a painting from Anne French :

In order to provide the highest quality collecting experience, we strive to describe our paintings as accurately and detailed as possible.
The photos you find on our site are professional quality and are as vivid and as clear as can be presented over the Internet. 
Many of our client collectors purchase their paintings from the detailed images we provide. Once delivered, the majority of time these paintings surpass our clients' expectations.

If however you would like to see our collection or a particular painting in person, you are encouraged to come visit with us. Please call to set up a private viewing appointment.

Payment :

We accept personal check, casher's check, and wire transfer. We also accept most major credit cards.

Packaging and shipping :

We carefully pack your painting in a custom built wooden box that provides the highest level of safety to your piece. We ship this package via Federal Express. Shipping and packaging cost will be charged to the buyer. This cost will vary depending on the size of the painting and where it is shipped. A typical charge might be in the range of $100 - $200 within the continental United States.   

Guarantee:

All of our artwork is carefully screened, examined, and vetted by art experts. We guarantee the authenticity of the paintings in our collection. A Letter of Guarantee will accompany the shipment of any painting.

Return Policy :

Buyer must contact us within 5 days of receiving their painting to request a return.  Late return requests will not be accepted. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the painting returned in the original condition.  All returns will be subject to a 1% restocking fee and shipping / packaging costs are non-refundable.  Buyers have the option of exchanging their painting with another piece in our collection – in which case the full cost of their original purchase will be applied towards their exchange.
For international shipment, returns will not be accepted.

To sell your painting :

If you are interested in selling a piece of art in your possession- please contact us.
We buy artwork outright and also work with clients to sell their pieces on consignment.
Please send us a photograph of your painting (preferably in digital format) and the following information:

- The canvas size of the painting without the frame.
- Condition of the painting surface and canvas.
- When and where the painting was acquired.
- Any additional information you feel may help in selling the painting.
