Here is a beautiful oil painting by Jean Pierre Dubord of his favorite subject –  the Seine River near Rouen. Rouen is a old town outside Paris along the Seine River. Many famous impressionist artists including Pissarro painted the scene around Rouen. Dubord is from Rouen – he is a real descendant of Rouen School of artists. The brush stroke is poetic in this small painting and I can proudly say that this is a real gem for any serious collector.   We see again the genius of Dubord in this beautiful painting
