The artist directs our view with several trees leaning in on both sides of the water. The architecture of buildings is clear in the forefront however the buildings in the distance appear to fade away. There is a lone pedestrian walking towards the bridge which again takes our glance in that direction. Bouyssou captures this scene with his loose brushstrokes and a cool color scheme. The sky appears to be clearing above the bridge which draws the viewer further into the scene.
